Text by : John Henry Mackay (1864-1933)
Set by : Richard Strauss (1864-1949), "Morgen!", op. 27 no. 4.

(Holy Sanctus)
John Bacchus Dykes

When You Wish Upon A Star (小木偶奇遇記) / solo：Barbara Hendricks
Ned Washington / EMI 7243 5 56177 2
When you wish upon a star，makes no difference who you are，anything your heart desires will come to you .
If your heart is in your dreams，no request is too extreme，when you wish upon a star as dreamers do .
＊ Fate is kind she brings to those who love，the sweet fulfillment of their secret longing .
Like a bolt out of the blue，fate steps in and sees you through，when you wish upon a star，your dreams come true .＊
三、A Dream is A Wish Your Heart Makes(仙履奇緣) / solo：Barbara Hendricks
Written by: Mack David, Al Hoffman and Jerry Livingston
EMI 7243 5 56177 2
A dream is a wish your heart makes，when you're fast asleep，in dreams you lose your heartaches，whatever you wish for，you keep .
Have faith in your dreams and someday，your rainbow will come smiling thru，no matter how your heart is grieving，if you keep on believing，the dream that you wish will come true .
(I’d Rather Have Jesus)
(Breathe on Me , Breath of God) (選自20 A CAPPELLA HYMNS)
1.Breathe on me, Breath of God,
fill me with life anew,
that I may love what thou dost love,
and do what thou wouldst do.
2.Breathe on me, Breath of God,
until my heart is pure,
until with thee I will one will,
to do and to endure.
3. Breathe on me, Breath of God,
till I am wholly thine,
till all this earthly part of me
glows with thy fire divine.
4. Breathe on me, Breath of God,
so shall I never die,
but live with thee the perfect life
of thine eternity.
(O Jesus , I Have Promised)
O Jesus, I have promised to serve Thee to the end;
Be Thou forever near me, my Master and my Friend;
I shall not fear the battle if Thou art by my side,
Nor wander from the pathway if Thou wilt be my Guide.
O let me feel Thee near me! The world is ever near;
I see the sights that dazzle, the tempting sounds I hear;
My foes are ever near me, around me and within;
But Jesus, draw Thou nearer, and shield my soul from sin.
O let me hear Thee speaking in accents clear and still,
Above the storms of passion, the murmurs of self will.
O speak to reassure me, to hasten or control;
O speak, and make me listen, Thou Guardian of my soul.
O Jesus, Thou hast promised to all who follow Thee
That where Thou art in glory there shall Thy servant be.
And Jesus, I have promised to serve Thee to the end;
O give me grace to follow, my Master and my Friend.
O let me see Thy footprints, and in them plant mine own;
My hope to follow duly is in Thy strength alone.
O guide me, call me, draw me, uphold me to the end;
And then in Heaven receive me, my Savior and my Friend.
